So, fishing is pretty good despite water temps only at 44 to 45 degrees. Trout are in the shallows 12 feet and under under. We did best in about 10 feet of water fishing a black chironomid under an indicator.
Wind Drifting a Possie Bugger and Flashback PT was good on an intermediate line on the east shoreline.
It’s going to get better and better! Looking at good warm days coming up for the foreseeable future….when water temps hit 50 and more the fish are going to go bananas.
