Cascade Lakes report 9/25/15

Crane Prairie is the one to hit. Fish are on Leeches and Callibaetis Nymphs, although a Blood Worm should be great now too.
Hosmer is good. Leeches and small Midge Pupa. A few Callibaetis and Damsels left but it’s different and inconsistent on those hatches day by day.
East is good too. Some fish up to Olive haze along the White Slide. Otherwise a leech pattern is your best bet trailed with a PT. Small Midge patterns are good and blood worms under a bobber.
Lava is good.
Elk is good by the springs for nice brook trout.
