Lower Deschutes WS to TC report 12/8/15

I floated WS to TC a couple of days ago and hit a Bull Trout on a San Juan Worm and a Steelhead on a Girdle Bug.

Water has come up about 500 cfs since the weekend, but not too much to stop fishing there.
