There isn’t a lot of time left to enjoy 3 Creeks this season, as it gets cold at nearly 6500 feet. That being said, it is still fishing well and I just got a message from a friend who was on the lake today and had very good fishing using a Camo Line (intermediate) and Olive Wooly Buggers on a fast strip. He fished the shoreline from a pontoon boat all the way from the ramp to the sandy beach and caught fish throughout.

I’d leave it on the list of places to fish for fall for at least another couple of weeks, and with nice weather returning Tuesday I love the possibilities it brings on this lake and many others.
