East Lake fishing report 5/31/19

We were up there a couple of days this week (me tuesday and Ron yesterday) and fishing is good despite the cold water temps.
My feeling is the lake recently turned as it was not only cold (44 to 49 degree water temps) but murky too.
We got fish along the shore line in about 8 to 10 feet of water on PT’s and Chironomid Pupa under an indicator, and along the shore with Beetles.
Ron reported seeing some Callibaetis hatching yesterday and doing well on Balanced Leeches.
With a lot of sunny and warmer days in the forecast, fishing should be very good for quite a while.
