Metolius River fishing report 9/14/19

the cornucopia of hatches also known as September is continuing in a great way. The weather is solid, but I am thinking with the change to cooler and wet weather for the next few days we might see a decrease in Caddis and Stone action and an increase on all the Mayflies until the warm weather returns later in the week? Always hard to say, but should be the case.

Green Drakes, Flav’s, PMD, BWO Mahogany Dun
October Caddis, Micro Caddis in yellow and black, Olive and Tan Caddis
Little Olive Stones, Yellow Sally, Golden Stones, Salmonfly and Willowfly.
Midges

Bull Trout fishing is really good on big streamers and on nymphs.
