From the BLM office this morning

All of Segment 1 is now reopened to launching except for Warm Springs boat launch. Fire crews are utilizing it to draw water for firefighting efforts on the Bench fire so it will remain closed at this time. Launching is permitted at Mecca and Trout Creek, and camping at both sites is reopened as well.

*So you can launch at Mecca and float to Trout Creek until the Warm Springs ramp opens back to the public. And walk and wade access is restored at Mecca.
