I wasn’t sure this was going to happen, but the BOR has reduced flows to 37 cfs. Normal fall and winter flows at the end of irrigation season is 100 cfs.
Over the last 40 years of me fishing there, I have seen this happen before, and believe it or not go even lower.
Eventually the fish settle in, they find deeper spots (the deepest spots) but they are vulnerable now and that is worrisome.
All I can say is do a rain dance, pray for rain, light a candle and hope for the best.

Maybe lay off the Crooked till the rain comes and flows improve.
