Three Creeks Lake

Three Creeks is open for year round angling but it is one of our higher elevation lakes so it is usually accessible in late May or June and remains fishable until sometime in October.

Best known as a summer time fishery it offers good to great activity in the heart of the season which is June, July and August. Three Creeks is located 16 miles south of Sisters, Oregon and is tucked in the shadow of the rugged Tam Macarthur Rim.

No Motors of any kind are allowed here at the border with the Three Sisters Wilderness. Float tubes, canoes and even drift boats are found on the lake and used by the most serious anglers.

As with most high lakes, hatches are condensed, so intense activity can be found in the two to three month peak of the open season. Callibaetis and Caddis are highlights here, but midges and terrestrials are often fine producers too.
