Three Creeks Lake is our highest elevation drive to lake in the region. At about 6500 feet it usually is accessible by car about mid-June. We find June, July, and August to offer the best fishing of the year. September and October are a little spottier but worth the effort.
Three Creeks Lake is located 16 miles south of Sisters, Oregon and is tucked in the shadow of the rugged Tam Macarthur Rim.
Float tubes, canoes, and even drift boats are found on the lake and used by the most serious anglers. No motors boats are allowed.
As with most high lakes, hatches are condensed, so intense activity can be found in the two to three month peak of the open season. Callibaetis and Caddis are highlights here — but midges and terrestrials are often fine producers too.

A small camp store is located on the lake and offers boat rentals, limited tackle, and snacks, drinks, and food.
Named after the lake, Three Creeks Brewery in Sisters is a favorite for craft beer and pub food.
Limited Emergency Services are located in Sisters at St Charles Clinic or Bend Memorial Clinic, or at the regional hospital in Bend.
Cell Phone service is very good at or near Sisters but can become spotty as you climb up to the lake. At the lake currently there is no service.
