It’s been on the slow side out on the Crooked. Not totally dead, but the water is low and quite cold. I’d recommend fishing lower down from MP 11 to about MP 15 and focus on Scuds and Midges with a NZ Wool Indicator and 6 or 7X fluorocarbon tippet.
About 3 or 4 PM look for risers in the pools and be ready for that with Suspender Midge Pupa, Century Drive Midges, Griffiths Gnats and Palomino Midges on 7 or 8x.
