It is with a lot of sadness that I have to say this fire in sisters is out of control and many of our friends and neighbors, some of the people who are the most close to me in my life are threatened by level 3 evacuation this afternoon. Some of them work in the fly shop.
Due to very high fire danger near town, and the absolute need for resources to focus on the fire please stay safe and don’t come to Sisters until this clears up.
Between smoke and an imminent threat of fire it’s not safe.
Keep Sisters in your heart.
A truly scary time for all of us.

We left our beloved camping spot on a Lev 1 Evac, as ash was falling. As we headed towards Springfield, we passed at least 2 caravans of Firefighters and Fire rigs. I was equally sad, and proud of our Firefighters and pray for their safety, and their success! ♥️
