fishing on the Fall River is good, with an afternoon BWO hatch bringing up fish to dries, and some midge hatches also brings up the selective sippers (don’t forget your 7x).
The best action is on nymphs right now, with Jigs, Perdigons, 2 Bit Hookers, Tungsten Micro Mayflies and Zebra Midges all doing well matching BWO nymphs and Midge Larva.
On the dry fly side, the BWO Knock Down Duns and Klinhammers have been fooling a lot of fish. We also love the CDC Parachute, Smoke Jumper Dun and the BDE Dun.
With the weather changing this week to cloudy and wetter (looks like tuesday is calling for clouds and wednesday onward is when it will get showery. We need it and love the changes coming, and my guess is it will actually improve the fishing.
