Looking way better today at 409 cfs and with a pretty moderate flow of just over 600 coming into the reservoir. The reservoir is 100% full so a big rain is going to screw it up fast. Keep that in mind.
So, nymphing is going to be the best bet now. You can go with an indicator or euro nymph rigs.
There have been some BWO’s hatching, and keep an eye out for the beginning of the Mother’s Days Caddis hatch very soon. Might be PMD’s showing up any day too.
Still, the water is higher, and nothing is wrong with swinging a sculpin or a wooly bugger.
