The upper river is improving with more golden stones and yellow sally’s hatching. It can be very fun to fish a Clark’s Stone or Norm Woods Special along the banks and fishy looking runs and log jams.
the rest of the river is getting PMD’s, Blue Wing Olives, a few caddis, an evening spinner fall and it should be very soon we see Ameletus which look an awful lot like Flavs.
Golden Stone nymphs are productive all over the river. We have had a lot of success Euro Nymphing out there.
There are improving Bull Trout Conditions with migratory lake fish coming up to spawn in the late summer. We have our best streamer selection we’ve ever stocked so we are definitely ready for it!
