Cascade Lakes Highway and Paulina Lake road to open Friday morning
Friday morning the roads to the Cascade Lakes Highway from Mt Bachelor down to Elk Lake and around will be open, as well as the road to East and Paulina Lakes. No word on access to East or Paulina as far as ramps go, or final road access to Hosmer at this point.
